Online Registration for the Entrance Examination for admission to the MBBS/BDS Courses at School of Medicine and School of Dentistry at the Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences (AIMS) of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, will commence on 2nd March 2016 at https://www.amrita.edu/admissions. The last date for Online Registration is 9th May, 2016.
Applicant should complete the age of 17 years and should not exceed 23 on 31.12.2016. Applicant should have a Pass in Higher Secondary examination or its equivalent in the first attempt with 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology / Biotechnology taken together and 60% marks in English separately. Those who are appearing for the qualifying examination in March / April 2016 can also apply.
Selection will be based on the rank obtained in the All India Amrita Entrance Examination to be conducted by Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham form 09.30 am to 12.00 Noon on 15.05.2016 (Sunday) at New Delhi, Lucknow, Kolkata, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Chennai, Bangalore, Coimbatore, Kozhikode, Kochi, Kollam (Amritapuri), Thiruvananthapuram and California (USA). Application fee is Rs.1,600/- which can be paid Online through Net banking/Credit/Debit card.
