HIGHER SECONDARY +2 RESULTS PUBLISHED

  • ഹയര്‍സെക്കന്‍ഡറി പരീക്ഷാഫലം പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചു. ഹയര്‍സെക്കന്‍ഡറി വിഭാഗത്തില്‍ 83.96 ശതമാനം പേര്‍ ഉന്നതപഠനത്തിന് യോഗ്യതനേടിയതായി വിദ്യാഭ്യാസമന്ത്രി പി.കെ അബ്ദുറബ്ബ് അറിയിച്ചു. കോഴിക്കോട് ജില്ലയാണ് 87.05 വിജയശതമാനവുമായി ഒന്നാം സ്ഥാനത്ത്. 76.17 ശതമാനവുമായി പത്തനംതിട്ടജില്ലയാണ് ഏറ്റവും പിന്നിലുള്ളത്.
    10839 പേര്‍ മുഴുവന്‍ വിഷയങ്ങളിലും എ പ്ലസ് കരസ്ഥമാക്കി. 59 സ്‌കൂളുകള്‍ 100 ശതമാനം വിജയം കരസ്ഥമാക്കി. പരീക്ഷയെഴുതിയ വിദ്യാര്‍ഥിനികളില്‍ 83.34 ശതമാനം പേരും വിദ്യാര്‍ഥികളില്‍ 77.78 ശതമാനം പേരും ഉന്നതപഠനത്തിന് യോഗ്യത നേടിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.ഏറ്റവും കൂടുതല്‍ വിദ്യാര്‍ഥികള്‍ യോഗ്യതനേടിയത് പട്ടം സെന്റ് മേരീസ് ഹയര്‍സെക്കന്‍ഡറി സ്‌കൂളിലാണ്. ഇവിടെ പരീക്ഷയെഴുതിയ കുട്ടികളില്‍ 94.8 ശതമാനം പേരും വിജയിച്ചു

Pass percentage goes up this year

When the much awaited HSE class 12th examination results 2015 were declared today, the pass percentage stood at 83.96 as against last year's 79.39.


A total of 10,839 students, including 7,768 girls bagged A+ for all subjects. As many as 59 schools recorded 100 per cent pass. Kozhikode stand first with 87.5 per cent while Pathanamthitta recorded the lowest pass pecentage at 76.17. Pattam St Mary's School in Thiruvananthapuram came first with highest pass percentage.

Out of the total 3,43,489 who appeared for the exams, 2,58,362 students qualified for higher studies. Out of 1,83,460 girls, 1,63,908 students qualified for higher studies (89.34%) and out of 1,59,999 boys, 1,26454 qualified for higher studies (77.78%).

The exams were conducted from March 9 to March 30, 2015. The say exam for students will be conducted from June 8. The migration certificate can be collected from the respective exam centres.  
 
Meanwhile, Vocationa Higher Secondary School recorded a pass percentage of 91.63.

Plus Two 2015 Results Declared

The much awaited HSE class 12th examination results 2015 have been declared. The pass percentage is 83.96.

The results was declared by Education Minister P K Abdu Rabb. First year results will be known by June mid. Double valuation has been done for Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics since the marks of these subjects are taken into consideration for engineering admission.

Karnataka PUC Results published


Kochi, May 18, 2015: The Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board on Monday, May 18, announced the results for the Class 12th Second PUC (Pre-University Courses) Exams. Students can access their results by logging on to the below-mentioned websites and clicking on the link provided for the results.
Candidates will have to enter their registration number, security code and click on submit button. The results are available on the official websites of the Board karresults.nic.in. This year the exam was held between 12th and 27th March.
Once the students who appeared for the examination have checked their results online, they also have the option to download the PDF file of their results and take a printout for future reference.
KSEEB was established by the government of Karnataka in 1966 and subsequently began the process of conducting examinations. It has the power to regulate, supervise and control school education in Karnataka. Its primary function is to prepare academic programmes and organise examinations, especially for state level Secondary School Leaving Certificate (HSSLC or Class 12).
The main purpose and duties of the board are to recommend the syllabus, propose rules and specify courses of instruction and textbooks, teaching by correspondence courses, recognition of higher school and higher secondary schools in Karnataka.

TN MBBS/BDS Admission: Apply by May 29 |

Kochi: Applications are invited by The Secretary Selection Committee, No.162, Periyar EVR High Road, Kilpauk, Chennai -600 010 from Citizens of India who are Natives of TamilNadu for admission to MBBS / BDS Degree courses for 2015-2016 session in Government / Self Financing Medical /Dental institutions under the Single Window system in the State of Tamil Nadu.


ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: 
a) Candidate should be a Citizen of India.
b) Overseas Citizens of India who are registered under secion 7A of the Citizenship Act, 1955 (Central Act 57 of 1955) are eligible to apply for MBBS/BDS courses subject to the production of proof of such registration.

Nativity:
i)  Candidate should be a Native of Tamil Nadu
ii) Candidates who have studied from VIII to XII standards in schools in Tamilnadu need not enclose the ? Nativity Certificate?
iii) Candidates who are native of TamilNadu but studied from VIII to XII Std either partly or completely in schools situated outside Tamil Nadu should produce the ?Nativity Certificate.

Age Limit: 
Should have completed the age of Seventeen years on or before 31st December 2015. Evidence should be produced.

Educational Qualifications:
Candidates should have passed in all the subjects of the qualifying examination of the Higher Secondary Certificate Examination (Academic) conducted by the Tamil Nadu State Board /any other equivalent Board in one and the same attempt ( Single Sitting ) in the following group of subjects with the minimum eligible marks. 
(a) Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology.
(or)
(b) Physics, Chemistry, Biology with any other subject.

Minimum Eligibility Marks : 
A. MBBS :
(i) Other Communities : -
(a) A minimum of 60% marks in Biology or Botany and Zoology taken together.
(b) A minimum of 60% marks in each of the subjects of Physics and Chemistry.
(c) Weighted aggregate of the percentage of marks in (a) and the percentage of marks in (b) should not be less than 140 out of 200 marks.
(ii) Backward Class and Backward Class Muslim : -
(a) A minimum of 60% marks in Biology or Botany and Zoology taken together.
(b) A minimum of 60% marks in each of the subjects of Physics and Chemistry.
(c) Weighted aggregate of the percentage of marks in (a) and the percentage of marks in (b) should not be less than 130 out of 200 marks
(iii) Most Backward Classes and Denotified Communities : -
(a) A minimum of 55% marks in Biology or Botany and Zoology taken together.
(b) A minimum of 55% marks in each of the subjects of Physics and Chemistry.
(c) Weighted aggregate of the percentage of marks in (a) and the percentage of marks in (b) should not be less than 120 out of 200 marks .
(iv) Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Caste?Arunthathiyar , Scheduled Tribes : -
(a) A minimum of 40% marks in Biology or Botany and Zoology taken together.
(b) A minimum of 40% marks in each of the subjects of Physics and Chemistry.
(c) Weighted aggregate of the percentage of marks in (a) and the percentage of marks in (b) should not be less than 80 out of 200 marks.

v) The minimum marks for the candidates under Orthopaedically Physically Disabled
Category  (Locomotory disability of Lower Limbs alone)is as follows:
a) OC / BC / BCM / MBC / DNC - 45% of marks in the above prescribed subjects taken together in the qualifying examination
b) SC/SCA/ST- 40% of marks in above prescribed subjects taken together in the qualifying examination.

( B ) BDS :
The candidates (OC/BC/ BCM/ MBC/DC ) should have obtained not less than 50% of the aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology / Botany and Zoology taken together at the qualifying examination.
Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Caste ? Arunthathiyar and Scheduled Tribe the aggregate marks required for admission shall be 40%.
The minimum marks for the candidates under Orthopaedically Physically Disabled Category ? (Locomotory disability of Lower Limbs alone)is as follows:
a) OC / BC / BCM / MBC / DNC -45% of marks in the above prescribed subjects taken together in the qualifying examination

Applications can be downloaded from the websites 1) tnhealth.org 2) tn.gov.in and the filled application along with necessary enclosures and 3 self addressed envelopes measuring 24 x 12 cms and sent in a large sized cover measuring 38cm X 28cm superscribed APPLICATION FOR MBBS / BDS COURSE 2015 - 2016 SESSION to the Secretary, Selection Committee, Kilpauk, Chennai -10 before the last date along with a Demand Draft for 500 /- towards the cost of application form drawn in favour of The Secretary, Selection Committee and payable at Chennai. The name of the candidate and the name of the course (MBBS/ BDS ) should be written on the reverse of the Demand Draft.

CUSAT CAT Results Next Week



Kochi: The rank list for admission to various B. Tech, 5 year integrated programmes of M.Sc. Photonics, BBA LLB, B.Com. LLB of the University will be published in the third week of May, according to University press release. The option registration for admission to these courses will commence on the next day of the publication of results.  The allotment/admission is done on the basis of the rank and the options registered by the candidate on the stipulated time.  For more details please visit www.cusat.nic.in.
