India Merit Undergraduate Scholarships 2013
There are three
India Merit Undergraduate Scholarships, available for Indian
students starting their undergraduate degree studies in September 2013.
Each scholarship
is worth £7,000 per year of study for all undergraduate
programmes except Medicine and Dentistry. Students of Medicine
or Dentistry will only receive the scholarship in the first two years of study.
The scholarships will take the form of a fee reduction.
To be eligible
for the India Merit Undergraduate Scholarships 2013 (£7,000)
applicants must be an Indian national or permanently domiciled in India, apply
for a study place by Friday
21 June 2013 and hold an offer of a study place for entry in
September 2013.
The India Merit
Undergraduate Scholarships 2013 are awarded on the basis of
academic merit.
If you wish to be considered for
this scholarship you need to apply. Eligible students will automatically be
sent details of how to apply from January 2013 onwards.
Applicants cannot apply for the
scholarship before being offered a study place at Sheffield.
The deadline for applications is Friday 28 June 2013;
scholarship results will be announced Friday
July 26 2013.
