University of Calicut has invited applications for admission to UG Programmes In Affiliated Colleges through Centralized Ranking Process in Single Window System in Academic Year 2013-14. The Centralized Ranking Process (CRP), offers facility for online submission of application to multiple colleges and courses, and centralized ranking of candidates for admission to various degree programmes in colleges affiliated to the University. CRP helps students to submit applications to 10 colleges of their choice and three options from each college through some simple online steps.

How to Apply for CRP : For CRP, candidates shall apply online throughwww.uoc.ac.in/ugsw Candidates shall upload their photo, personal and educational data to the online application on the above mentioned website after remitting the required fee. – Rs 100/- for general candidates and Rs 50/- for SC/ST candidates.
How to pay fees : Candidate residing Kerala should remit the fees through Chalan. Fees will be accepted in all the State Government Treasuries in Kerala. Collect a chelan form the Treasury and fill up the details including Head of Account.
Head of Account : Treasuries in Malappuram District only: 8443-00-106- PD Account of Calicut University Treasuries all other districts of Kerala: 8658-00-102-96 (02) CUS. Fee will be accepted in Chalan counter at Tagore Niketan on the University campus, Thenjipalam, FRIENDS Janasevana Kendrams and Akshaya Centres and Selected Branches of State Bank of Travancore.
For remittance in FRIENDS, Head of Account is not required. The following details should written on a sheet of paper- Name of the University, Name of Student, Course, Purpose of remittance and amount.
Chelan forms are available in the Bank. Head of Account is already stamped in the chelan form. Original Chelan Receipt should be enclosed along with application. Students residing outside Kerala can remit their fees by Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Finance Officer, University of Calicut, payable at the State Bank of Travancore, Calicut University Branch.
The candidates shall submit application online and also print two copies of the applications- University copy and College Copy - and send the University Copy after proper attestation, along with Original Chelan Receipt to the Deputy Registrar, Single Window Admission Cell, Tagore Niketan, University of Calicut, 673635, Kerala. Last date of online submission and receipt of hard copy of application June 3, 2013.
