NEST-2013 Counseling starts from July 12, 2013

The Candidates who have cleared NEST-2013 are invited to Counseling for admission to NISER (Bhubaneswar), CBS (Mumbai) and ISERC (Visva-Bharati)

Candidates are requested to read the following instructions carefully for their first counselling:

Candidates who are eligible to appear for the first counseling will be provided with necessary portal to register online.

Online registration for admission will open on June 17, 2013, at 12:00 noon.

Deadline for online registration is July 10, 2013, 12:00 noon.

On the day of the first counseling, candidates will have choice to appear at any one of the two places

— NISER, Bhubaneswar or CBS, Mumbai

The registered candidates must be present at the counseling venue of choice on July 12, 2013, by 9:30 am.

Attendance of all the candidates present at the counseling venues will be taken at 10:00 am.

Admission to NISER, CBS and ISERC will be strictly on the basis of this merit list.

Counseling and admission process is likely to start from 11:00 am.

First round of counseling will continue until the seats are filled or the merit list prepared

List of documents required during Counseling:

Original mark sheet of Class 10th + 1 photocopy

Original mark sheet of Class 12th + 1 photocopy

Proof of date of birth (original birth certificate or school leaving certificate) + 1 photocopy

Original caste certificate (if applicable) + 1 photocopy

Original Non-creamy layer OBC certificate (if applicable) + 1 photocopy

Original disability certificate (for Physically Disabled candidates) + 1 photocopy

Proof of Indian citizenship if born outside India + 1 photocopy

4 passport size color photographs

Demand Draft of Rs. 10,000.00 (ten thousand) in favor of NISER, payable at Bhubaneswar, or in favor of CBS, payable at Mumbai, depending where the candidates are appearing for counseling

Please Note:

In case the candidate has submitted original certificates to another institute for the purpose of admission, she/he must bring offical letter from that institute stating so.
